Return window

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping

If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we email you a free return label. For other returns, you pay the return shipping.

Refunds

We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

How to return an item

2. Pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Send it using the address or label we reply with.
