At Snug Wares, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window, so you can return any item you don’t want to keep. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot process a full refund or exchange.

Sale Items

Exchanges

Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified about your return.
