The PET-2000DXR Engine Tachometer is an essential tool for accurately measuring the RPM of two-stroke and four-stroke gasoline engines. – Alternatively, wrap the electronic wire around the spark plug wire sheath or use a handheld method near the spark plug wire sheath (3 to 5 cm distance).

User-Friendly Operation

  • Speed Mode Settings: Long press on (SET) button cycles through speed modes (01 to 04), with factory default set at mode 02. Data displays briefly before confirming selection.
  • Shutdown Procedure: Hold down (SET) key until mode sequence appears; confirm shutdown when display flashes at mode 04.
  • System Reset Functionality: Simultaneously press (MODE) and (SET) buttons until full screen display clears recorded data.
  • Historical Data Access: Long press on (MODE) button allows users to view previously recorded high-speed data.
